The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean. A bottle of champagne waited for us on ice because it was my husband's birthday. The location made sightseeing easier because we enjoyed walking the streets.

The hotel charged a guarantee charge. This was unexpected.

The staff helped with transportation quickly when I asked.

The hotel seemed more for business people than tourists. The rooms are small , and the TV had very limited English channels. It shut off every 30 minutes.

I found a fantastic location close to restaurants, shops, and the Metro. Only a few minutes walk! The hotel was well-kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast included fresh cut fruit, cooked options, pastries, bread, cheese, ham, crepes, and juices.

The room was very dark due to the lack of light.

The breakfast selection was AMAZING!!! I saw fresh fruit, cooked breakfast items, many fresh pastries, various breads, cheeses, ham, crepes, cereals, and a wide selection of juices served by friendly waiters.

The hotel has a spa. There is also a lift for easy access to all floors. The hotel is very central, giving guests quick access to public transport, including buses, the metro, and trains!!!

I found very easy access to bus, metro, and train lines. The bus stop for CDG Airport is also a short five-minute walk away. Access to Opéra and Galeries Lafayette takes approximately 5-10 minutes.
